TRAPPED WITHIN THIS 7 X 10 CELL, 22, SOMETIMES 24 HRS OF PURE HELL. FOCUSED 1 DAY INSANE THE NEXT JUST TRYING TO MAINTAIN IN THE FACE OF DEATH SOMETIMES I THINK, OTHERTIMES I DRINK ! SOMETIMES I HOPE, OTHER TIMES I COPE !! SOMETIMES I PRAY, OTHER TIMES I STRAY !!! THEY SCREAM “JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED” PUNISHMENT IS A MUST BUILT ONLY FOR THE TOUGH THIS, JUSTICE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT ! DO THEY KNOW THAT LAST NIGHT I CRIED ? ONCE AGAIN MAKING ME OUT TO BE LIE. BUT, I HAVE CRIED MY LAST TEAR – AT LEAST UNTIL AUGUST 24th GETS HERE.
EVEN TOUGH HE WILL RECEIVE A STAY, CAN WE EVER SERIOUSLY TAKE THAT DAY AWAY ? THE TORTURE THE PAIN THE SCARS...... ALL GOES UNSEEN IT IS JUSTICE TO KILL A HUMAN BEING ?

« IT’S TIME »
Today I was granted a visit with my Brother Justin. Since he was given a date (August 24th, 2006) a lot has changed for him – and myself. I admire the strength through these though times of adversity. His spirits are still strong, and he is keeping himself together mentally & physically as well. That alone gives me strength. Well, this morning while we were talking, Justin was telling me some things about his/“our” situation and how important it is to have all of your supporters/family & friends on the same page, because together we can get so much more accomplished. He seemed to be awed by how much he is gotten done since he received the August 24th warning, and he is awed by the fact that it seems all of his supporters, family and friends has – as he said “stepped up”.
Justin said to me “C, it’s time”. And as I sat here reminiscing over our conversation we had a couple of hours ago – I think what he was telling me is that, basically “This is the Time to do all that I can to fight for my life, ‘now’ and do not wait until I get a date to get the wheels spinning. After thinking about it all, I know that he is right, and though I want/need to be doing something I can’t seem to find that 1st step. Letting people know that I exist; Telling you what I feel and what I need done to help with this fight against this unjust system.
I need for all my supporters/family & friends to ‘step up” – NOW, and lets not wait for the last minute. I need for your all to understand the importance of my situation and how much our unity will contribute to saving my life.
The system did not put me here by being fair – honest and just. They utilized every tactic they could, even appointing me an attorney that was not qualified to represent me. So I am not only fighting the State of Texas. But I am also fighting against the ones who are supposed to be saving my life. The State is a “TEAM” of “POWERFUL” people in individual positions.
I am seeking the support of anyone with the will to fight the injustice – and help save Carl Lee Brook’s life. Big & small support is welcomed. There is a position for any & everyone, as the struggle for my life is serious !! Together, we can be as powerful as the State.
